  • Problem

    Grete, with 14 years of experience in accounting and finance, identified the need for digitalizing the process, noting that micro-enterprises often require an accountant’s assistance in preparing annual reports. The additional cost and complexity prevent many companies in Estonia from submitting their reports on time or at all. The scale of the problem is significant, affecting thousands of businesses and limiting their ability to comply with regulations.

  • Idea

    ANN offers micro-entrepreneurs the opportunity to prepare their annual reports independently, faster, and at a significantly lower cost compared to traditional accounting services. ANN is an intuitive platform that guides users through the entire process and does not require in-depth accounting knowledge.

  • How Mindworks helped

    We assisted Grete with service design, user interface and branding design, and technical implementation. Through the Mindworks Industries startup incubator, ANN received the necessary support, resources, and guidance to develop into an innovative solution ready for market entry.
