    Academic advisors manually created student semester plans, leaving little time for student counseling. The goal was to simplify student course registration and free up academic advisors' time for counseling.

  • Solution

    A self-service environment for students, enabling course registration. The platform allows students to independently create and modify their semester curriculum, automatically generates invoices, and reminds them of outstanding payments.

  • Benefit

    The manual workload of academic advisors decreased in tuition fee calculations, course registrations, and withdrawals. This freed up time for student counseling, which in turn improved administrative processes.
