Estonian Business School (EBS) is known for its international and forward-thinking approach to business education. But one big challenge remained — academic advisors were spending too much time building student semester plans manually and as a result, they had little time left for actual advising.

    Simplify course registration and free up advisor time for real student support.

  • Solution

    We built a self-service portal where students can register for courses and manage their semester schedules independently. The system also automates invoicing and reminds students of any outstanding payments.

  • Gain

    Manual workload related to tuition billing and course planning dropped significantly and overall admin processes got faster and smarter. Academic advisors can now spend more time guiding students.
