Kiosk software for 3D foot scanners

Footbalance produces custom insoles using 3D foot scanning technology. Due to rapid product development and international expansion, multiple versions of sales kiosks were in use — all built differently, connected to different systems, and functioning on slightly incompatible logic.

  • Goal

    Gain a clear overview of the kiosks in use, the scanning workflows, and completed transactions.

  • Solution

    We mapped out all existing systems and their communication flows, and based on that, we built a central API server with a minimal user interface.

  • Gain

    No more juggling multiple unknown servers doing unknown things in unknown places. Now there's a clear view of kiosk operations — and one system to manage them all.
