    Constantly changing stock levels and delivery times made communication with the customer time-consuming. The goal was to speed up ordering, managing the order modifications and to automate the implementation of changes.

    Customers were used to send their orders as an Excel spreadsheet, so we created an online ordering platform that is just as easy to use and allows the customer to see changes to their order in real-time.

  • Gain

    Communication between account managers and customers takes significantly less time, and the customer always has an overview of their order.
