  • Objective

    Constantly changing stock levels and delivery times made communication with the customer time-consuming. The goal was to speed up ordering, order modifications, and automate the implementation of changes.

  • Solution

    Customers were used to sending their orders as an Excel spreadsheet, so we created an online ordering platform that is just as easy to use and allows the customer to see changes to their order in real-time.

  • Benefit

    Communication between account managers and customers takes significantly less time, and the customer always has an overview of the status of their order.
